The Process
Start by whipping an 8 ounce block of room temperature cream cheese with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes. You want to make sure the cream cheese is smooth with no lumps. Next, beat in 1-7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream, 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lemon juice until smooth . Refrigerate until ready to use. Serve with fruit, graham crackers, or my favorite: vanilla wafers!
