Cilantro lime slaw is creamy, crunchy, and perfect for fish tacos!

The Process
Start by finely slicing 1/2 a head of cabbage and 1/4 head of purple cabbage. Add to a large bowl with 1 cup of shredded carrots.
For the dressing, mix 1/2 cup mayo, 1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro, juice of 2 small limes (or 1 large lime), 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and 2 teaspoons sugar. Mix until smooth.
Add the dressing to the cabbage. If you like A LOT of dressing, feel free to double the dressing recipe. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
