Chili con queso is the perfect party dip!
Here's what you'll need:
The Process
Cube the velveeta, oaxaca, and cheddar. Place all of the ingredients into a large foil pan. Feel free to use chili with or without beans.
Place the pan indirect on the grill. Rotate every 15 minutes, if necessary, so that one side is not too close to the fire for too long. Stir occasionally until all of the ingredients have completely melted and incorporated.
Alternatively, cook on a pellet smoker, oven, or crockpot at 325°F for 30-45 minutes or until fully melted.
