SHIPPING INFORMATION

• Any order placed on Monday - Friday before 2:00 PM CST will ship the same day
• Any order placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on the following Monday
• We ship with USPS, FedEX and UPS
• You will receive an email with your tracking information the same day that your package ships

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds on opened perishable items

• We are not responsible for loss of packages due to unavailable recipient, incorrect address information, or theft.
• If you are inquiring about the exchange or refund of a damaged item, please supply photos of damaged item so we can process your claim properly.
